Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge. Contact Moonlyfe directly to make a change.

If you miss your appointment without contacting us, it will be treated as a no-show. No-shows may be charged the full service price. Please contact Moonlyfe as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Please contact Moonlyfe if you have any concerns about your service or payment. Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Packages and gift cards can only be used towards eligible Moonlyfe services. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Please check the expiry date and remaining balance before booking.
